For nearly twenty years, EA has been working with so many different types of people – activists, artists, advocates, members of parliament and many more – and now we are trying to bring them all together again. As we build exciting ways to collaborate for longevity (think residencies, exchanges, interdisciplinary collaboration and then some), we need to gather all these voices. European Alternatives is a transnational mission- and membership-based civil society organisation promoting democracy, equality and culture beyond the nation-state.

Together, we set the strategy and work program of European Alternatives, in a democratic and participatory manner, and are building the space for a transnational community of people to engage in new forms of political and cultural engagement to radically transform Europe.
