Fluctuations 2025 (Paris)

Fluctuations is coming to Paris from September 19 to 21 at La Javelle — Bercy Encore, a community space in the 12th arrondissement and a true urban laboratory that foreshadows the future uses of the Bercy-Charenton neighborhood. A traveling and socially conscious festival, Fluctuations combines music, collective action, and joy around social justice, ecology, and democracy.
