Fluctuations 2025 (Strasbourg)

Fluctuations is coming to Strasbourg at the iconic Phare Citadelle venue. The venue will be expanded for the festival, with the two halls used as music stages, as well as two stages for roundtable discussions, a village, a sustainable food court, a family area, and the Lorin barge, which will also be used for various events.
