European Alternatives Supports Collective Call to End EU’s War on Migrants

European Alternatives proudly joins 186 organisations across Europe in supporting the urgent call to end the European Union’s violent migration policies and to defend the rights, dignity, and freedom of all people on the move.

We stand in solidarity with migrant-led organisations and allies demanding an end to criminalisation, detention, deportation, and surveillance, and we support a feminist, anti-racist, and rights-based alternative to Fortress Europe.

In the face of rising authoritarianism, attacks on human rights, and the erosion of democratic values, we reaffirm that migrant rights are human rights and that any war on migrants is a war on democracy itself.
