February 23 | Democratic Odyssey – From Crisis to Action: Building Citizen-Led Solutions
📍 Palazzo Buontalenti, Florence
The crises we face—climate breakdown, democratic backsliding, economic injustice—demand bold and collective action. But solutions cannot come only from the top. The Democratic Odyssey is pioneering a citizen-driven approach to tackling global challenges, ensuring that everyday people have a voice in shaping Europe’s response.
On February 23, the Deliberative Assembly moves from discussion to decision-making. Participants will refine their proposals, draft concrete recommendations, and develop action strategies to address urgent global issues. The ideas born in Florence will feed into the next phase of the Odyssey in Vienna, helping build a European model where citizens are central in shaping crisis responses, not just reacting to them.
