Every year, European Alternatives organises its Open Assembly, a dynamic and lively gathering inspiring members, board and staff to continue working towards democracy, equality and culture beyond the nation-state and chart the strategic orientation and work program of European Alternatives for the year to come.
The last Open Assembly 2017 took place on October 29th, 2017 at Matadero in Madrid, as part of the TRANSEUROPA Festival 2017 | Convergent Spaces. You can download the main outcomes of this year’s Assembly here.
This year’s Assembly was open to all (members and general public) and aimed at:
- informing the participants on the latest developments, priorities, and strategy of European Alternatives;
- reflecting and gathering inputs on our work program such as Membership Structures and Participation, the next TRANSEUROPA Festival 2019 or the potential creation of a European School of Activism in the coming years.
