With barely a \u00a0month and a half before the opening of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/transeuropafestival.eu\/\">Transeuropa Festival<\/a><\/strong>, concret<span style=\"text-align: justify;\">e program elements were discussed, allowing each of us to get a sense of what different shapes our Festival would take,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">what\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">topics it would \u00a0explore,\u00a0 what unexpected and exciting\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">partnerships had been born.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 2px; text-align: justify; float: left;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/euroalter.com\/images\/article_uploads\/1170810_565517870178754_702623200_n.jpg\" width=\"241\" height=\"180\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div>Planning the <strong>Final Forum in Berlin <\/strong>made space for exchanges around the coming European and German elections and the context they create for the release of the<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.citizenspact.eu\/\"> Citizens Pact<\/a>. \u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, just a floor above, the no less transnational <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/euroalter.com\/2013\/shares-transnational-action-to-open-transeuropa-festival\/\">SHAREs<\/a><\/strong> artist crew held their third and last workshop. As a result, on Saturday night after dusk, the two groups could join in front of Sofia\u2019s main theater and Defense ministry for a trial enactment of the transnational Radio-Ballet, due to open the Festival on October 5th.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 402px; height: 300px; float: right; margin: 4px;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/euroalter.com\/images\/article_uploads\/ligna__Sofia (1).jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div><em>EA members trying out the Transnational Action in Sofia<\/em><\/div>\n<p>While we took over public space in a city foreign to most of us, voices and music in our ears led us to simultaneously enact, witness and reflect transnational citizenship.
