The <a href=\"https:\/\/democraticodyssey.eui.eu\/home\">Democratic Odyssey<\/a> is a crowdsourced, decentralized and collaborative campaign developing a concept and strategy to institutionalise a permanent peoples\u2019 assembly in the European Union. The campaign is led by scientific coordinator at the European University Institute and co-managed by a consortium of over 25 academic, civil society, campaigning, practitioner and other organizations, including EA. Together the consortium organizes workshops, webinars, trainings, publications and comms campaigns; all linked to a holistic vision of democratic renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Project Manager at European Alternatives will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating an EU \u2018CERV\u2019 grant as part of the&nbsp; \u201cDemocratic Odyssey\u201d project, working with three partners delivering the project, ensuring the project\u2019s milestones are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, along with a strong commitment to our mission &amp; values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Project manager will work on a daily basis with the Co-Directors, the Deputy Director, the Head of Communications and the partners of the project (Mehr Demokratie, the European University Institute, Particip-Action). They should be located in Paris or Florence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working conditions&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full-time or 4 days\/week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 months contract&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salary: 29.000-32.000 gross for full time depending on experience&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>European Alternatives has its headquarters in Paris. A working space in Florence with the EUI team of the project can also be organised.
