This campaign will be part of a larger project entitled \u2018TACKLE\u2019, and give priority to issues of anti-discrimination and migrant rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The campaign will specifically cover three thematics:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Migration rights: equality and anti-discrimination\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citizens and residents of the EU\u2019s participation in democracy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Social Justice for all<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The campaign is two-fold: the core content and messaging will be co-designed and implemented by the Campaign Coordinator, while the Communications team will create communications material to support its dissemination.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Campaign Coordinator will work on a daily basis with the Co-Directors, the Deputy Director, as well as with the Communications team, campaign partners and spokespeople mainly.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Main Responsibilities\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support the reflective thinking and strategic planning necessary to achieve a successful transnational campaign<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute to policy proposals, particularly on anti-discrimination and migrant rights topics\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate across spokespersons of the campaign and teams of the main partner organisations to ensure fluidity of internal communication and interaction\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seek pledges of support from candidates for the European elections<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engage with relevant decision-makers and stakeholders and actively participate in key policy events to defend the interests of the transnational campaign\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitate campaigning events, as well as strategic and impactful meetings (online and in person) and conferences gathering the main partners of the coalition to strengthen relationships and create new ones\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support in identifying and onboarding new main partners adhering to the project of the transnational campaign, and in coordinating with like-minded other campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liaise with media, with the support of our Communications Officer, to promote the transnational campaign and its main partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate in the preparation of communication products and actions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate requirements\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Education and work experience\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Degree in policy, EU affairs, social rights (including migration), political participation, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in policy, lobbying or advocacy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working knowledge in the EU sector, focused on migration rights, social rights and\/or political participation\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skills and knowledge\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Familiarity with the main existing EU policy instruments related to the Social Pillar (ex: the EU anti-racism Action Plan, the Charter of Fundamental Rights, anti-discrimination directives, Democracy Action Plan, Defence of Democracy Package, \u2026) and main EU policy relating to migration and asylum\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Familiarity with main tools of democratic political participation for EU citizens and residents\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrity and the ability to work with confidential information with discretion; awareness of safeguarding considerations when working with potentially vulnerable people\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work across various teams and coordinate efforts around a campaign<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work collaboratively with staff and other organisations, especially the local partners of the campaign\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possess oral and written communication skills in languages: fluent English is a must; fluency in at least one other European language is necessary, notably French or Italian\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working conditions\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on contractual relationship and working time, the income range will be between 2800 and 3300 gross per month, VAT included.
